Tunisha Sharma, a TV actor, was “cheated and used” by her co-star Sheezan Khan, according to her mother, days after the 20-year-old was discovered dead on the set of a show she was filming.
After Tunisha’s mother filed a complaint against Khan, he was arrested yesterday on charges of abetting suicide. The two actors, who were in a relationship, split up 15 days ago, according to the First Information Report (FIR). This is thought to have upset Tunisha and pushed her over the edge.

According to sources, in a major revelation by the main accused in TV actor Tunisha Sharma’s death case, her former boyfriend Sheezan Khan told police that he was “so disturbed by the atmosphere in the country that emerged after the gruesome murder of Shraddha Walkar” allegedly by her live-in partner, that Khan decided to end their relationship.
Tunisha’s mother, Vanita Sharma, claimed that her Ali Baba: Daastan-E-Kabul co-star Sheezan Mohammed Khan cheated on her. She claimed that despite being involved with another woman, Sheezan had promised to marry Tunisha. She stated, “Sheezan used Tunisha for 3-4 months before breaking up with her. My child died. This individual should be punished.”
During his first day in police custody, Sheezan told Waliv police that he ended his relationship with Tunisha after seeing the ramifications of the Shraddha Walkar case, and that belonging to a different community, as well as their age difference, stood in their way.
Tunisha Sharma, a television actor, allegedly committed suicide on the set of a serial in Vasai, Palghar district, Maharashtra, on Saturday, and her co-actor, Sheezan Mohammed Khan, has been charged with abetting the suicide.
The 20-year-old went to the restroom on set and did not return for an extended period of time. She was discovered hanging inside when the door was broken down. People on the set rushed the actor to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

According to senior inspector Kailash Barve of the Waliv police station, a police team was on the scene. While those on the set claim that Tunisha Sharma committed suicide, cops have stated that they are looking into all possibilities.
The actor and her co-star, who was arrested on her mother’s complaint, both played major roles in the show ‘Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul,’ where she was discovered hanging.
