Actress Tunisha Sharma Death: Tunisha Sharma, a television actor, allegedly committed suicide on the set of a serial in Vasai, Palghar district, Maharashtra, on Saturday, and her co-actor, Sheezan Mohammed Khan, has been charged with abetting the suicide.

The 20-year-old went to the restroom on set and did not return for an extended period of time. She was discovered hanging inside when the door was broken down. People on the set rushed the actor to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

According to senior inspector Kailash Barve of the Waliv police station, a police team was on the scene. While those on the set claim that Tunisha Sharma committed suicide, cops have stated that they are looking into all possibilities.
The actor and her co-star, who was arrested on her mother’s complaint, both played major roles in the show ‘Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul,’ where she was discovered hanging.

Tunisha played the role of Shehzaadi Mariam in the SAB TV show Ali Baba Dastaan-E-Kabul. Sheezan, who previously portrayed young Akbar in another show, plays Ali Baba in Ali Baba Dastaan-E-Kabul.

Waliv Police had previously told a news agency that they discovered Tunisha dead after breaking into the toilet on the set of the TV show. She allegedly went to the restroom following the tea break and did not return. There was no suicide note found at the crime scene, and cops are now looking into the case from both the murder and suicide angles.
Tunisha had made a few Instagram posts shortly before her death. She shared a short video clip on her Instagram Stories of herself getting ready for her shot on the sets. She also posted a selfie with the caption, “Those who are driven by their Passion Don’t Stop.”

Tunisha made her acting debut in Bharat Ka Veer Putra – Maharana Pratap and later appeared in Ishq Subhan Allah, Gabbar Poonchwala, Sher-e-Punjab: Maharaja Ranjit Singh, and Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat.
Tunisha has appeared in films such as Fitoor and Baar Baar Dekho in addition to TV shows. In both films, she played Katrina’s younger self. Tunisha also appeared in Vidya Balan’s thriller Kahaani 2: Durga Rani Singh as Durga Rani Singh. She also appeared in the Salman Khan-Sonakshi Sinha film Dabangg 3.
