Tripura: Jadab Lal Nath of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) was allegedly caught watching porn during the Tripura Assembly session. As the session was in session, the BJP member from the Bagbasa constituency had pornographic videos playing on his phone. This was captured on camera, and the video quickly went popular on social media.
The incident allegedly occurred when the assembly was debating state budget issues. The footage, which was caught by someone sitting behind Mr Nath, shows him browsing through a feed of video clips on his phone as the speaker and other MLAs were speaking, pausing and closely watching a piece that appears to be pornographic.
The event is not an unusual one, as MPs have previously been caught on camera looking at porn while in public.

The 2012 incident involved Cooperation Minister Laxman Savadi, who was watching the recordings, and Women and Child Development Minister CC Patil, with whom he shared them.
The debate would not go away. In 2019, Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa nominated Laxman Savadi as one of his three deputy chief ministers, igniting a new feud. Karnataka Mahila Congress workers protested Laxman Savadi’s appointment and requested Prime Minister Narendra Modi and then-BJP president Amit Shah to fire him.
