Shraddha Murder Case: On Wednesday, the Saket Court approved a narco test for Aftab Ameen Poonawalla, who brutally murdered his live-in partner Shraddha Walkar. The development comes after the Delhi Police approached the court earlier in the morning, requesting permission for the test and claiming that he was not cooperating with the investigation.

The police had requested permission from Saket Cart through an application. The narco test has been approved by the court.

According to reports, Aftab is refusing to cooperate with police and is attempting to derail the investigation. Aftab refuses to reveal anything about Shraddha’s phone or the saw used in the murder.

Aftab describes throwing the phone in Maharashtra and Delhi at different times. While remaining silent about the weapon. That is why the police want to know all of this information by having Aftab’s narco test performed.

The Delhi Police are now looking into whether accused Aftab Ameen Poonawala rented a flat in Delhi’s Chhatarpur as part of a plot to murder Shraddha Walkar. As the Delhi Police solved the six-month-old murder case, Aftab was arrested for killing his girlfriend Shraddha, chopping her body into 35 pieces, and disposing of them.

In the Shraddha Murder Case, another shocking statement came that Aaftab had invited another woman to his rented flat in Mehrauli, south Delhi, for a date just days after murdering Shraddha.

The other woman paid Aaftab a couple of visits in June and July, when Shraddha’s body parts were kept in the kitchen and fridge. The police added that the head and torso would be kept until August.

According to the police, Aftab was a food blogger who used to work at a call centre in the national capital. They claimed that the couple fought frequently.

According to police sources, the accused and the victim, who met on a dating website, have been in a relationship since 2019 and moved to Delhi this year. They were previously in Maharashtra.

According to police, Aaftab murdered Shraddha on May 18 after an argument. Both are from Vasai in Maharashtra’s Palghar district, moved to Delhi this year, and have been in Chhatarpur since May.

Shraddha, 27, was brutally killed by her boyfriend and live-in partner Aaftab Amin Poonawala, who then chopped her body into 35 pieces, stuffed them in a refrigerator and dispersed them across the national capital to avoid detection.

The Delhi Police eventually tracked down Aaftab, arrested him, and confessed to the heinous crime that shocked the nation.
