On September 23, the Assam government will hand over appointment letters to 11202 candidates in 21 government departments at a ceremony at Guwahati’s Khanapara Veterinary Field.

On the other hand, The Home and Political Department will receive 5,335 appointments, with the School Education Department receiving 3,811 and the Higher and Technical Education Department receiving 927.
Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma will hand out appointment letters to the 11202 candidates during a formal ceremony.
The Chief Minister stated on Twitter that these appointments will be in addition to the 27,737 candidates who have already been appointed.
Sarma stated, “Following 27,737 successful recruitments, the GoA will now issue employment letters to 11,202 candidates in 21 government departments on September 23, 2022, at a ceremony in Khanapara, Guwahati “.
The Public Works Department (PWD) will hire 304 people, while the Health and Family Welfare Department will hire 299 people, the Panchayat and Rural Department will hire 277 people, and the Irrigation Department will hire 137 people.
The Environment and Forest Department will appoint 33 candidates, the Skill, Employment, and Entrepreneurship Department will appoint 24 candidates, the Sports and Youth Welfare Department will appoint 13 candidates, and the Transformation and Development Department will appoint 11 candidates.
Other departments that will be recruiting are Handloom and Textiles, Cooperation, Information, Public Relations, Skill, Employment, and Entrepreneurship.
The Assam government recently appointed 27,737 candidates to government positions.
Assam’s government, led by Himanta Biswa Sarma, has promised one lakh jobs.
