SOLAR ECLIPSE 2023: RITUALS

Chanting and penance during an eclipse double the effects many times over.

This is why, during the eclipse period, sages, saints, Aghori babas, priests, and others chant and perform penance.

The astrologers also propose that ‘Ganga snan’ be performed immediately following the eclipse, and that donations be made following the bath.

These two activities are very important since they lessen the ‘dosh’ of the eclipse.
