Tunisha Sharma death case: Sheezan Khan was finally released from Thane Central Jail on March 5th. On Saturday, the actor was granted bail. The actor from Alibaba Dastaan-e-Kabul was arrested on December 26 after the late actress’ mother filed a complaint of abetment to suicide. For nearly two and a half months, the actor was held in judicial custody.

The actor walked out of jail without speaking to the media or interacting with them. When he was released, his sister and mother became emotional and began crying. Her sister stated that Sheezan had been in jail for 70 days and requested that they be given 70 hours to settle down before discussing the case.

 

Vasai court granted Sheezan bail on a Rs 1 lakh surety bond. He is also required to present his passport. The bail application was heard by District Judge RD Deshpande. Sheezan has also been told not to tamper with any evidence related to the case.

Sheezan Khan’s mother, both sisters, brother, and maternal uncle were all present at Vasai Court on Saturday. They were overjoyed and relieved when Sheezan was granted bail. They expressed gratitude to fans and the media for their support.

 

Falaq Naaz, Sheezan’s sister, has reacted to the same. “Alhumdulillah,” she wrote on her Instagram Story. Falaq posted a photo of herself and her brother Sheezan on social media in January of this year. Her post’s caption read, “No matter what, he is always standing tall and strong! Sabr, beshak Allah sabki niyat se waqif hai.”

Sheezan’s mother and sister greeted him outside the jail with teary eyes after a Sessions Court in Vasai granted him bail. He was arrested for allegedly assisting in the suicide of his ex-partner and TV star Tunisha Sharma.
