According to sources, Delhi Police discovered packets of ‘objectionable medicine’ from the farm house in Bijwasan where Bollywood actor and director Satish Kaushik fell ill after playing Holi and later died while being transported to the hospital. Vikas Malu, Satish Kaushik’s friend, owns the farm house.

Doctors have only diagnosed a heart attack. What was in the rest of the body will be revealed after the postmortem report is completed. According to police, the viscera sample has been saved for further investigation.

Saanvi Malu, the second wife of businessman and Kuber Group director Vikas Malu, has accused her husband of murdering actor Satish Kaushik in a letter to the Delhi Police Commissioner. Kaushik, 66, died on March 9 at Malu’s farmhouse in Delhi after complaining of stomach pains and being rushed to the hospital. He passed away on the way.

Saanvi claimed in her letter that the actor had loaned her husband Rs 15 crore and had met him abroad once to get his money back. However, after a heated argument, Vikas promised to return the money to Kaushik, she claimed.

Mr Kaushik, whose films include “Tere Naam” and “Mujhe Kucch Kehna Hai,” is survived by his wife Shashi and daughter Vanshika.
