Pankaj Tripathi’s first look as former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee from the film Main Atal Hoon was released on his birthday anniversary, Christmas. It will be released in December of next year, directed by National Award winner Ravi Jadhav.
As the world commemorates the birth anniversary of India’s three-time Prime Minister, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, the makers of his biopic Main Atal Hoon have released the first look at Pankaj Tripathi as the ex-PM. The story of the multifaceted ex-Prime Minister, who was also a poet, statesman, leader, and humanitarian, is told in Main Atal Hoon.

Since the announcement that Pankaj Tripathi will play Atal Bihari Vajpayee in his biopic, fans have been anticipating the actor’s transformation into the former Prime Minister. The wait is over as the motion poster for Main Atal Hoon has been released, and Pankaj Tripathi looks exactly like Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

Pankaj is dressed as Atal Bihari Vajpayee in a dhoti-kurta and a jacket with prosthetics. A video clip introduces him as Prime Minister, poet, statesman, and gentleman.
“I know that it is necessary for me to work on my personality with restraint in order to make ‘Atal’ ji’s personality come true on screen,” Pankaj Tripathi wrote in Hindi, sharing his first look pictures from the film on Instagram. I am confident that I will be able to fill my new role with enthusiasm and morale.

The film, directed by National Award winner Ravi Jadhav and written by Utkarsh Naithani, will be released in December 2023. Salim-Sulaiman composed the film’s music and Sameer wrote the lyrics, while Sonu Nigam provided vocals for the motion video announcement. Bhanushali Studios Limited and Legend Studios present Main Atal Hoon, which is produced by Vinod Bhanushali, Sandeep Singh, Sam Khan, and Kamlesh Bhanushali, and co-produced by Zeeshan Ahmad and Shivv Sharma.
25th December marks the 98th birthday of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee in India (December 25, 2022). Since 2014, the anniversary of Vajpayee’s birth has been observed as Good Governance Day. Vajpayee, who was born in Madhya Pradesh’s Gwalior in 1924, was popularly known as the “man of the masses.”
