Asim spoke about his difficult life struggles and said that he was initially rejected by Bigg Boss, but when he packed his bags, he received a call from them. Asim also discussed losing the Bigg Boss 13 trophy to Sidharth, saying, ‘Mere dauraan unhone kya kiya kiya because they didn’t want me to win, haanji bhai aaj hum online voting khol denge 15 min ke liye, jitana hai jitao jisko. Just say you don’t want to see me win, and it’ll be fine. You made it so clear that we had no choice but to believe you did whatever you did, and I was like, ‘It’s okay.’

The video clip was shared on social media by Bigg Boss fans, with some supporting Asim and others criticising him for ‘not moving on’ despite the passage of time since the show. “Ye aj bhi vahi pe hai isliye kuch nhi kr pa rha (He is still in the past, which is why he can’t achieve anything),” read one of the tweets.
