UPSC Civil Services 2023: UPSC Civil Service (Prelims) 2023 Registration started the online registration process for CSE and IFS 2023 examination. Candidates can apply online at the official website – upsconline.nic.in.

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) launched the Civil Services Examinations (CSE) 2023 application process today. The application form must be completed by February 21. Candidates who are eligible and interested can apply online at upsconline.nic.in.

 

This year, the UPSC has announced 1105 civil service exam vacancies. The Civil Services preliminary examination will be held on May 28, and the main examination will begin on September 15.

UPSC Civil Services 2023: Eligibility criteria

To apply for the UPSC Civil Services exam, the candidate must be an Indian citizen. They must be at least 21 years old and no older than 32 years old. However, the upper age limit is relaxed for certain categories such as SC, ST, OBC, military personnel, and others.

Candidates who are eligible may take the CSE 2023 six times. Candidates from the SC and ST categories, on the other hand, have an unlimited number of attempts, whereas OBC candidates have a maximum of nine. PwBD candidates from the general and EWS categories are also allowed nine attempts.

How to apply for UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Examination 2023?

Candidates are required to apply to UPSC online.  Applications should be filed using the website https://www.upsconline.nic.in.

Candidates must complete the Online Application Form, which consists of two stages, Part-I and Part-II, as directed on the above-mentioned website.

When is the last date to apply for the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2023?

The last date to apply for the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2023 is February 21, 2023.

Preliminary Examination (Part I and II) online applications can be submitted from 01 February 2023 to 21 February 2023 until 18:00 Hrs.

Fee for Application:

The candidates must pay a fee of Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred only).

Candidates who are SC/ST/Female/Have a Benchmark Disability are exempt from paying the application fee.

Fees can be paid in cash at any State Bank of India branch, by using the bank’s net banking service, or by using any Visa/Master/RuPay Credit/Debit Card.

Step 1- Go to the official website of UPSC at upsconline.nic.in

Step 2- Scroll down the page and click on the ‘Apply Online’ button on the right-hand side of the page.

Step 3- Now, click on the link that reads ‘Online Application for Various Examinations’.

Step 4- Find the link for online applications of the required recruitment.
