The reopening of online registration for job- seekers on our Employment Exchange goes live from Tuesday. Applicants must go through the portal that the government has recommended.

They need to re-register through the government site, Sewa Setu (a comprehensive citizen platform). The reopening of the site will continue for two months, till February.

The re-registration of the employment exchange is necessary because some fields or important information were missing in the registration before. It is thereby necessary to add more specific information to the employee exchange profile. Therefore, it will help the government identify more precisely data.

With the addition of sections for uploading qualifications, job status, and a comprehensive work history, the redesigned online form improves the capacity to gather accurate and thorough data.

Assam government is inviting new applicants to register and asking those who have previously registered to re-register in order to update the information in their portal’s database.
