Rewa: A pilot died early Friday in Madhya Pradesh’s Rewa after his plane collided with a temple. Chorhata was the location of the incident.
Following the accident, the pilot was critically injured and was rushed to the Sanjay Gandhi Hospital, where he died. A pilot training company owned the plane.

The mishap occurred early this morning, and the flight was a training flight, according to Rewa SP Navneet Bhasin.
A private company’s plane was taxiing from Chorhata Airstrip when it crashed into the dome of a temple in Dumri Village, Rewa district.

“During training, the plane collided with a temple; one pilot died, and the other was injured and is being treated at Sanjay Gandhi Medical College,” Navneet Bhasin, SP, Rewa, told ANI.

A police team was dispatched to the scene. At first glance, the bad weather and fog conditions in the area are being blamed for the crash.
According to local media reports, the deceased pilot was Captain Vimal Kumar, who was training his student, Sonu Yadav, when the plane collided with the temple’s dome.
