The restaurant, dubbed ‘The Doggy Dhaba,’ is designed to appeal to both canine and human customers.
Balraj Jhala, a dog enthusiast, and his wife opened the unusual restaurant. According to ANI, the dhaba provides food, lodging, and birthday celebration options for dogs. This dhaba also provides food delivery parcels for your canine companion.
In Indore, however, a “dhaba” that only serves dogs has recently opened. The distinctive eatery, known as “The Doggy Dhaba,” is intended to attract both canine and human customers.
Mr Jhala revealed that it was during the Covid-induced lockdown that he noticed that even dogs were having difficulty finding food. Mr Jhala used to feed the dogs he encountered on his way home at night before opening the dhaba. “I’ve always been a dog lover,” he explained. I used to work in a hotel until 2019, where I fed the dogs on my way home at night.”

“It was then that I had the idea of opening a dhaba for dogs, which I did with my wife in 2020,” he added.
The dhaba offers a variety of dog food, ranging from basic meals to veg and non-veg specialties and supplements, with prices ranging from $7 to $500 per day.
Not only that, but the Doggy Dhaba creates custom cakes for dogs’ birthdays, allowing them to celebrate in style. “My company also operates online. “There are also dog food delivery boys who supply food at all times,” Mr Jhala added.

The dhaba also offers dog boarding services to serve as a one-stop shop for all of your dog’s needs. You won’t have to worry about the dogs’ well-being while they are at the couple’s facility because they are well-cared for and have plenty of opportunities for play, exercise, and socialisation.
