The three leads in the psychological drama Qala on Netflix are Tripti Damri, Babil Khan, and Swastika Mukherjee. Who is Sireesha Bhagavatula?

Sireesha has a sister and was born to Bala Bhagavatula and Murty Satyanarayana. From Vizag’s Maharaj Vijayaram Gajapathi Raj College of Engineering, she received her diploma. Sireesha, a gold medalist in engineering and employee of an IT company, gave up her day job to pursue a career in music. She also competed in season 12 of Indian Idol, becoming the face of every Indian home.

In 2019, she made her playback singing debut with the song Maathare from the film Bigil, composed by AR Rahman. She continued to collaborate with AR Rahman on songs for films like PS-I, including Sye, and Cobra, including Yalo Yedu Sundara. She has also performed on numerous Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu songs, including Saakini Daakini’s Kadile Kadile.


She was cast as Qala Manjushree, the movie’s lead female character. Listeners adore her songs Ghodey Pe Sawaar and Phero Na Najariya.
