Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s public meeting was held in Karbi Anglong district today. A stream of people flows from different places to Loringthepi in Karbi Anglong on the occasion. In a horrifying incident several people were injured while they were on the way to prime minister Modi meeting. The accident occurred when a truck hit a traveller-carrying passengers. Several people were injured in the accident.
It may be recalled that the traveller had come to the Prime Minister’s meeting from West Karbi Anglong. According to the some passenger there were not even a single policemen on duty in such a crucial day. No policeman reached the spot even after a long gap of accident. The injured were rushed to the hospital with the help of local people.
