A CBI team on wednesday recovered a mobile phone from SI Junmoni Rabha car parked at Jakhalabandha police station in Nagaon.
According to the sources the mobile phone was found inside a damage car where her dead body was found. However it is not yet clear if the mobile phone belongs to her or not.
It is reported that the CBI team visited the area for further investigation, when they found the phone from the car.
The device will be sent to Forensic department for further investigationand verify all data related to the device.
The CBI team has been investigating the case since june after taking over the case from the CID.
SI Junmoni Rabha died in an alleged accident which her family has suspected foul play and asked for a thorough probe into the accident.
