A huge fire broke out at a warehouse in Guwahati’s Bamunimaidan locality at around 1.30 am on Wednesday night.
According to the sources, around 10 fire tenders rushed in at the spot to douse the huge fire. Properties worth several lakhs got engaged in the burning fire and were destroyed.
The locals informed that the fire broke out despite having no electrical connection in the warehouse. However, the exact cause of the fire is yet to be discovered.
Meanwhile, the manager of the warehouse suspected that some miscreants were behind this shocking incident.
