HMD Global, a Nokia brand licensee, plans to launch the Nokia X30 5G in India soon. The smartphone made its global debut last year, and it will go on sale in India on February 20. The Nokia brand licensee typically focuses on smartphones that feature a slick Android interface. These phones range in price from Rs 10,000 to Rs 20,000. The Nokia X30, on the other hand, is its mid-range offering with 5G support and a 50-megapixel camera with OIS. According to Nokia, the Nokia X30 will support three years of major Android OS updates.
The Nokia X30 5G is priced at $529 (approximately Rs 43,800) in the global market. The price in India could be around Rs 35,000.
The global and Indian variants of the X30 are likely to be identical. This means that the Nokia X30 will have a unibody design and will be available in Blue and White. A hole will be punched in the front panel for the single selfie camera.
The phone will have a 6.43-inch Full-HD+ (1080 x 2400) display with a refresh rate of 90Hz. According to Nokia’s global website, the front panel is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus, which is typically found in high-end smartphones. The Nokia X30 5G’s body is made of 100% recycled aluminium and 65% recycled plastic, according to the company.

Unlike most modern smartphones, the X30 has two cameras on the back. The camera system includes a 50-megapixel primary camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS) (optical image stabilisation). The latter facilitates the capture of stable videos and sharp images. A 13-megapixel ultra-wide camera with a 123-degree field of view joins the primary camera. An LED flash is also included in the camera module.
