Kohli has been one of the most consistent players for India in the World Cup. Starting from the first match, till the final. Statistically, Kohli hit fifty-plus scores in 11 games that included three hundreds.
He also became the first player to score 50 ODI Hundreds overtaking the great Sachin Tendulkar.
Although he could not keep his hand on the Cup he was awarded the Player Of The Tournament.
