Olympic gold medalist Neeraj Chopra won silver at the World Athletics Championships Chopra won the silver medal with his 4th throw of 88.13 meters in the men’s Javelin finals. Chopra has become the first Indian male to win a medal at World Athletics Championships.
Grenadian javelin thrower, Anderson Peters, became the world champion with his highest score of 90.54 m.
