CBI conduct raids at 9 locations involving Karti Chidambaram son of former Union Finance Minister P Chidambaram, in connection with an ongoing case related to irregularities in foreign exchange.
The drive is reportedly carried out by CBI at karti chidambaram’s house and office. The operation is related to the cases that have been going on since before. Karti is alleged to have taken Rs.50 lakh for granting visas to Chinese employees for a project.
Karti Chidambaram tweeted about the search operation. He wrote, I have lost count, how many time has it been? Must be a record.
