As a part of expansion of Assam Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma council of minster two new minister will be added to the Assam Cabinet.
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA Jayanta Malla Barua from Nalbari and Nandita Gorlosa from Haflong will be sworn in as the new minister to Assam cabinets.
Jayanta Malla Baruah was a two term member of the Assam Legislative Assembly from 2011 to 2016 and 2021 to present. on the other hand Nandita Gorlosa was elected as a member of Assam Legislative Assembly from Haflong constituency in 2021 Assam Assembly Election.
The two minster will take oath on Thursday (09 June) at Srimanta Sankardev Kalakshetra Guwahati.
