A momentous day for the poeple of Dima Hasao people as on 3rd July 2023 the Bhumi Pujan ceremony was held for the construction of Dimasa Bhawan. The construction of this esteemed establishment in the heart of the capital city serves as a significant milestone towards providing a dedicated space for the People’s from dima Hasao.
The event marked the beginning of the construction phase and symbolized the collective aspirations and blessings for the success of the project.
Traditional rituals and prayers were performed, underscoring the auspiciousness of the occasion and setting the tone for the project’s future endeavors.The program has been done in the presence of Shri. Debolal Gorlosa, Chief Executive Member of DimaHasao Autonomous Council, DHAC E.M Shri Ratan Jarambusa, DHAC E.M Shri Bijit Langthasa, DHAC E.M Shri Prijith Hojai, MAC Shri Joysing Durung, Principal Secretary DHAC Shri Debanon Daolagupu , T.T Daolagupu. And Many more people were present in today’s program.
Chief executive member of Dima Hasao Autonomous Council, Shri.Debolal Gorlosa also said that the construction of Dimasa Bhawan in New Delhi is a significant step towards providing a dedicated space for the people of Dima Hasao to come together and participate in various activities. It will help to carry out official works more efficiently for the development of our district.
