The Board of Secondary Education Assam (SEBA) has declared the Class 10 High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) exam results for the 2022 board exams today, June 7.
Out of the 4,05,582 candidates who appeared for the examination, 2,29,131 candidates passed. A total of 65,176 candidates secured first division, 99,854 secured second division, and a total of 64,101 students secured third division.
The overall pass percentage in HSLC 2022 exam is 56.49 per cent, with 58.80 per cent boys qualifying and 54.49 per cent girls.
Raktotpal saikia of St. Mary school North Lakhimpur topped this year Assam HSLC exam with 597 marks. Dhemaji district recorded the highest pass percentage among all the district in HSLC Assam examination. The pass percentage in Dhemaji district is 85.46% and followed by Dima Hasao district with 81.31% and Sivasagar with 81.17%.
