Border Gavaskar Trophy: The Border-Gavaskar Trophy will feature four Test matches in Nagpur (beginning February 9), Pune (beginning February 17), Dharamsala (beginning March 1), and Ahmedabad (beginning March 1). (from March 9). From the next edition, the contest will be expanded to five rounds.

Although India and Australia have been playing Test cricket since 1947/48, the match was not named after Allan Border and Sunil Gavaskar, the two leading run scorers in Test cricket at the time. There have been 15 editions since then, with India winning nine and Australia winning five, while the other was drawn.
