After Ranbir Kapoor and Ayan Mukerji stated that the budget for Brahmastra is not just for a single film but for the entire trilogy, producer Karan Johar stated in a recent interview that he hopes the film will be a financial success when all three films are completed.
On September 9, Ranbir Kapoor’s Brahmastra opened to a roaring reception at the box office and received mixed-to-positive reviews from critics. The film held up well in the days that followed, helping it to become a commercial success.
Brahmastra is an action-adventure drama about a simpleton (Ranbir Kapoor) who has a special connection with fire. It is Alia Bhatt’s first collaboration with the heartthrob and stars her as the female lead. Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, and Nagarjuna star in the film. Brahmastra 2 Dev will come after this. The sequel is expected to star Ranveer Singh as the titular character.
In June of this year, Alia Bhatt announced her pregnancy. Soon-to-be parents Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, who are currently enjoying the success of their latest release ‘Brahmastra: Part One – Shiva,’ are due to give birth sometime in November or December. According to sources close to the Kapoor family, Alia Bhatt’s name has been registered at the H.N. Reliance Foundation Hospital in Girgaon.
