Avatar 2 Movie Review: Avatar: The Way of Water has wowed Bollywood’s top directors, who are excited about James Cameron’s upcoming epic adventure. A special screening of the film was recently held in Mumbai, and several notable celebrities attended.
The screening was attended by actors such as Akshay Kumar, Kartik Aaryan, and Bobby Deol, as well as directors such as Madhur Bhandarkar, R Balki, Kabir Khan, and others. Soon after the screening, the directors expressed their thoughts on the film.
In terms of box office, Avatar 2 earned 15.50 crores gross through advance bookings as of yesterday night. With this, it has surpassed the gross of Thor: Love And Thunder, which grossed 14 crores in India on day one due to advance ticket sales. Until recently, the film was trailing Doctor Strange 2 and Spider-Man: No Way Home. Things have changed dramatically since then!

Avatar 2 has picked up an incredible pace in the last few days and is on track to surpass Doctor Strange 2’s day one advance booking collection of 19.80 crores gross in India. It also hopes to surpass Spider-Man: No Way Home’s gross of 22 crores before the end of the day.

Meanwhile, James Cameron has tested positive for Covid, which means he will miss the Avatar: The Way of Water premiere in Hollywood. When the 68-year-old filmmaker returned to Los Angeles from Tokyo, he tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

“Avatar,” set in the year 2154, explored how humans establish a colony on Pandora, a fictional moon populated by lush green forests, huge beasts, and its native community Na’vi.
