Chandra Grahan Lunar Eclipse 2022: The final total lunar eclipse of 2022 is scheduled for November 8. The next total lunar eclipse will not occur for three years, according to NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration).

Asia, Australia, North America, parts of northern and eastern Europe, and the majority of South America will be able to see the second total lunar eclipse of 2022. Kathmandu, Tokyo, Manila, Beijing, Sydney, Jakarta, Melbourne, San Francisco, Washington D.C., New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Mexico City would all be visible from Chandra Grahan 2022.

Next week, India will witness the final total lunar eclipse of 2022. The Chandra Grahan, or Lunar Eclipse, will be visible in India and around the world on November 8, 2022. The Chandra Grahan 2022 will begin at 17:32 PM in the evening and will end at 18.18 PM in the evening. It will be visible only from the eastern parts of India, whereas a partial eclipse will be visible from the rest of India. On November 8, a lunar eclipse can be seen in Kolkata, Siliguri, Patna, Ranchi, and Guwahati.

 

Lunar Eclipse 2022 | Chandra Grahan 2022:

According to NASA, the Lunar Eclipse 2022 will be the last total lunar eclipse for approximately three years. According to NASA, the next total lunar eclipse will occur on March 14, 2025. “On November 8, 2022, the Moon will pass into Earth’s shadow and turn red; this will be the last total lunar eclipse for about 3 years, so check it out if it’s visible in your area,” NASA tweeted.

 

How to watch Chandra Grahan | Lunar Eclipse 2022:

The Chandra Grahan Lunar Eclipse 2022 is one of the easiest astronomical events to observe. All you need are clear skies and a pair of eyes to see them. Unlike solar eclipses, which require special glasses and can only be seen for a few minutes in a very small area, a total lunar eclipse can last over an hour and can be seen by anyone on Earth’s night side.

Chandra Grahan 2022 Sutak Timings:

According to Drik Panchang, the Chandra Grahan sutak will begin at 09:21 AM in the morning and end at 06.18 PM in the evening. Sutak is observed for four Prahars during a Solar Eclipse, and for three Prahars before a Lunar Eclipse. From Sunrise to Sunrise, there are a total of 8 Prahars. As a result, Sutak is observed 12 hours before the Solar Eclipse and 9 hours before the Lunar Eclipse.
