Assembly Election results of Five State’s

Finally after over two months of the long-drawn election in five states, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Goa, Manipur and Uttarkand, the decision have been made for Assembly election 2022. As counting of vote continue till late on Thursday, we can say that that the Narendra Modi magic worked again for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) as they retain power in the four politically crucial state of UP, Goa, Uttarkand and Manipur, while Arvind Kejriwal led Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Broom Swept away the opponents in Punjab. But for Congress who could not win in any state now they are left with only two ruling State Rajasthan and Chatishgarh.

In the 403 members Uttar Pradesh assembly, the BJP has won 255 seats, 53 more than half way mark of 202, and its allies Apna Dal (S) and Nishad Party Clinched 12 and 6 seats respectively. The Akhilesh Yadav-lrd Samajwadi Part (SP) won 111 Seats and its allies Rastriya Lok Dal and Bhartiya Samaj Party won 8 and 6 seats each. While congress manage to win just two seats and BSP could get only 1 seats.

The BJP is set to form Govt in Manipur again by winning 32 seats out of the 60 members Assembly. NPP won 7 seats and both NPF and Congress won 5 each, with 11 seat won by OTHERS.
AAP for the first time won big out of Delhi. They sweep Punjab by winning 92 seats out of 117 assembly seat, while Congress come second with 18 and BJP with 2 and SAD with 3 seat and 2 seat went to OTHERS.

In a 70 members assembly election of Uttarkand, BJP regain power by winning 47 seats and Congress with 19 seats and 4 seats went to OTHERS.

The BJP emerged as the single largest party in Goa by winning 20 seats just one shy shy of the half way mark, and Congress come second with by winning 11 seats, while AAP and MAG manage to win 2 each and Congress allies GFP won 1 seat and the rest won by OTHERS.
