CBSE CTET 2022: The Central Board of Secondary Education will conduct 16th edition of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) in CBT (Computer Based Test – Online) mode
between December 2022 to January, 2023 The exact date of examination will be
mentioned on the admit cards of the candidates. The detailed Information Bulletin
containing details of the examination, syllabus, languages, eligibility criteria, examination
fee, examination cities and important dates will be available on CTET official website
https://ctet.nic.in soon and the aspiring candidates are requested to download the
Information Bulletin from the above-mentioned website only and read the same carefully
before applying. Aspiring candidates have to apply online only through the CTET
website i.e. https://ctet.nic.in. The online application process will be start from
31-10-2022 (Monday) onwards and the last date for submitting an online application is 24-
11-2022 (Thursday) upto 23:59 hrs. The fee can be paid upto 25-11-2022 (Friday) before
15:30 hrs.

The application fee applicable for CTET Dec-2022 is as under:
General/OBC Rs. 1000/- Rs. 1200/-
SC/ST/Diff. Abled Person Rs. 500/- Rs. 600/-
Eligibility Criteria:
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known)
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002.
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed).
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education)*.
OR
“Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)”
“(a) who has acquired the qualification or Bachelor of Education from any NCTE recognized institution shall be considered for appointment as a teacher in classes I to V provided the person so appointed as a teacher shall mandatorily undergo a six month Bridge Course in Elementary Education recognized by the NCTE, within two year of such appointment as primary teacher”.
