Applications are invited for ARIAS Society Recruitment 2022 – 23 Post Vacancy. Assam Rural Infrastructure and Agricultural Services (ARIAS) Society has issued job postings for 23 District Account Manager, District Environment Coordinators, District Medicinal and Aromatic Plant, Financial Inclusion Specialists, District Horticulture Coordinators, Farm Machinery Specialists, Senior Software Developers, and Jr. Management Information System Specialist positions to be filled through the World Bank-funded Assam Agribusine.

1. District Accounts Manager (DAM)
No of posts:
 2

Educational Qualification:
 Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) from any recognized university/College along with a Certificate Course in Tally Accounting Software.
Experience: At least four (4) years of experience of accounting management in any public or private sector agency.Age Limit: The candidate should not be more than 45 years as on 1st November,2022.
District: Bongaigaon & Dhemaji.

2. District Environment Coordinator (DEC)
No of posts:

Educational Qualification: Master degree/Post Graduate Diploma (minimum two years duration) in Ecology & Environment/Environmental Science/Life Science/Zoology/Botany. A combination of several specializations and/or additional trainings would be an asset.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field of Environment Management and related activities.
Computer Skills: The DEC must have proven experience of using Internet based applications, using and working with advanced word processing/spreadsheet including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point and other related applications.

Age Limit:
 The candidate should not be more than 45 years as on 1st November, 2022.
District: Sonitpur, Biswanath & Golaghat

 



3. District Medicinal and Aromatic Plants (DMAP)
No of posts:

Educational Qualification: 
The District MAP Coordinator should hold Bachelors in Agriculture with at least two (2) years of professional experience in agriculture sector Or Fresh candidate with Masters in Agriculture may also be considered for interview, in case sufficient candidates with experience as mentioned above are not available.
Computer Skills: The District MAP Coordinator must have proficiency in the use of Internet based applications, Graphics, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point and other related applications.

Age Limit: Candidate should not be more than 35 years as on 1st Nov, 2022.
District: Dhubri, Kokrajhar, Goalpara, Biswanath, Dhemaji, Majuli and Karbi Anglong.

4. Financial Inclusion Specialist (FIS)
No of posts:
 1

Educational Qualification:
 Master’s degree/Post-Graduate Diploma in Finance or Business Administration or Microfinance or Banking or Rural Economics or Development Economics or Rural Management or Development Studies or a closely related field from any Govt. recognized University/Institutions.

Experience: At least five (5) years of professional experience in Banking, Financial services and Insurance (BFSI) domain, development sector with hands on experience on financial inclusion/micro-finance/rural banking/rural finance development.

Age Limit: 
Candidate should not be more than 45 years as on 1st November, 2022.

5. District Horticulture Coordinator (DHC)
No of posts:
 5Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/Horticulture from any recognized university/Institution.
Experience: At least three (3) years of professional experience in Horticulture related activities/Agriculture extension or related activities in any public/private sector organization.

Age Limit: 
Candidate should not be more than 45 years as on 1st November, 2022.
District: Karimganj, Goalpara, Golaghat, Lakhimpur, Hojai and Karbi Anglong.6. Farm Machinery Specialist
No of posts:
 1

Educational Qualification: 
Masters in Agriculture Engineering with specialization in Farm Mechanization.
Experience: Minimum 11 to 15 years of experience in Farm Mechanization and hands on experience in Farm Machinery.

Age Limit: 
Age of the candidate should not be more than 50 years as on 1stNovember, 2022. However, at the discretion of SPD, for candidates having exceptional relevant experience and Educational Qualification, the age limit may be relaxed.

7. Senior Software Developer
No of posts:

Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE in Electronics/Computer Science/IT/Information Systems or related subject/MCA/MSc IT from any recognized university.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in developing electronic service delivery initiatives in public/reputed private sector agency (ies) at developer position. Should have experience in Java and PHP with sound knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Patterns and Concepts. Senior Developer should have experienced in web Development Frameworks like Laravel/Liferay/Oracle ADF. Experience in API based integration with eGovernment projects will be an added advantage. Should have good knowledge of front-end applications like Bootstrap, JSF, HTML etc. Should have experienced in working with different databases like Postgres, Oracle, MySQL etc. Good communication and report writing skills are necessary.

Age Limit: The candidate shall not be of more than 35 years of age as on 1st November’2022. However, in case of exceptionally talented candidate having wide relevant experience this requirement may be relaxed.

8. Software Developer

Educational Qualification:

Educational Qualification: Master degree/Post Graduate Diploma (min two years duration) in Computer Applications/Information Technology/Information & Communication Technology or a closely related field from any Govt. recognized University/Institutions.
Working Experience: Minimum 5 years of work experience in managing MIS/IT systems of a reputed public/private sector agency in a leadership/ managerial capacity.
Computer Skills & LanguAge Limit: JR. MISS must be highly proficient in PHP, JAVA MVC Framework, HTML5, CSS3, Posgres QL, NoSql, Python, and Perl.

Age Limit: candidate should not be more than 40 years as of 1st November 2022.
