The woman in her seventies was travelling from New York to Delhi. While she was sitting in business class, one of her fellow passengers approached her in a completely drunk state. He then unzipped his pants and began urinating on her, drenching her clothes, seat, and bag.

She immediately informed the cabin crew of the shocking incident, but to her surprise, the cabin crew did not take any harsh action, instead spraying disinfectant on her seat and belongings and providing her with a set of pyjamas and footwear.

She was then seated for hours on a narrow cabin crew seat, despite the fact that there were seats available in first class. To add to her trauma, the unruly passenger was let go after the flight while the victim was assured of quick passage through immigration while using a wheelchair.

Even after using a wheelchair, she had to wait another 30 minutes to clear customs and get all of her luggage by herself.
