Dr Bhupen Hazarika Samadhi Kshetra Closed After Youth Dies of Electrocution: Another unfortunate occurrence occurred in Guwahati when a young man died from electrocution after visiting the Dr. Bhupen Hazarika Samadhi Khetra Memorial in Guwahati’s Jalukbari neighborhood with his family.

Subham Roy has been identified as the dead.

The incident occurred on Wednesday.

 

Visitors’ access to the Dr. Bhupen Hazarika Samadhi Kshetra in Guwahati’s Jalukbari has been limited following a fatal accident yesterday night.

According to reports, the memorial site was closed to visitors on Thursday following the death of a young man in an accident on campus yesterday.

According to reports, the youth died of electrocution after coming into contact with the water of the fountain located inside the Samadhi Kshetra.

The event occurred yesterday as the youth and his family were on their way to the Dr Bhupen Hazarika Samadhi Kshetra.

According to sources, Subham was visiting the cemetery with his family when he allegedly stuck his hand in the fountain water inside the cemetery grounds, causing him to be electrocuted.

Following that, family members rushed him to a nearby Ayurvedic hospital, but due to the seriousness of his injuries, he was eventually transported to the city’s Welcome Hospital.

Despite the greatest efforts of the medical team, Subham was unable to be saved and was proclaimed dead.

Subham lived in Guwahati’s Pandu’s BBC colony.

The Dr. Bhupen Hazarika Samadhi Khetra Memorial in Guwahati is a memorial to the great Assamese vocalist Dr Bhupen Hazarika. It is adjacent to the Guwahati University gate on the way to the airport port.

Bhupen Hazarika, also known as Sudhakantha, is one of the country’s most revered musicians. Hazarika, also known as the Bard of Brahmaputra, was born on September 8, 1926, in the Assam town of Sadiya. At the age of 85, the Bharat Ratna recipient died on November 5, 2011, at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai of old age ailments.
