“The Batman” Robert Pattison starrer collected a mighty $128.5 Million in its box office debut in North America, becoming the second pandemic era movie to cross the $100-million mark in a single weekend. The feat was first achieved by ‘Spiderman-”No way Home” which launched last December to a historic $260-million.
The Batman is a Superhero film based on the comics character Batman. produced by DC films and distributed by Warner Bros. Picture ,it is a reboot of the Batman film franchise.
The batman was premiered in London on February 23,2022 and was theatrically released on March 4. The film was delayed twice from an initial June 2021 released date due to Covid-19 pandemic.
