Salman Khan’s New Film: Salman Khan and Sooraj Barjatya are expected to begin shooting for the film, tentatively titled Prem Ki Shaadi, in November 2023. It’s been a while since Salman Khan announced a new film. Over the last two years, the superstar has been hard at work on his Eid and Diwali releases, Kisi Ka Bhai Ki Jaan and Tiger 3.

“Salman Khan and Sooraj Barjatya have been discussing Prem Ki Shaadi for a while now and the film is now in the stage of hitting the floors this year. Salman and Sooraj intend to begin Prem Ki Shaadi in November/December 2023. “With the film, Sooraj intends to celebrate love against the backdrop of nuclear families, and it is one of the most unique subjects that he has developed to date,” a source close to the development revealed.

Prem Ki Shaadi will be released in cinemas worldwide on Diwali 2024 and will soon enter the casting stage. “In a couple of months, Sooraj Barjatya will begin the process of securing the female lead and key ensemble cast of Prem Ki Shaadi. While his films have always had romantic tracks leading to “shaadi,” the entire conflict this time revolves around the life of a married couple with strong family elements, according to the source.

This year, Khan has two releases lined up – Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan in Eid 2023 while ‘Tiger 3’ will release in Diwali.

Apart from the two aforementioned projects, Salman has agreed to star in India’s biggest action film, Tiger vs. Pathaan, for Yash Raj Films, in which he will face off against Shah Rukh Khan. The project is expected to begin production in the second half of 2024, with a big release in 2025. Keep an eye on Pinkvilla for more information.
