Bigg Boss: Salman Khan down with dengue, takes brief break from the show

According to reports, Salman Khan will not be hosting Bigg Boss this weekend due to dengue fever, and Karan Johar may step in to host the TV reality show’s weekend special.

Over the last two weeks, Salman Khan has been filming his upcoming film ‘Kisi ka Bhai Kisi ki Jaan.’ The crew is currently filming alongside the rest of the cast, and Salman Khan is expected to join them once he recovers.

It should be noted that Karan Johar hosted the first season of Bigg Boss OTT, which was broadcast on Voot.

Karan Johar, a filmmaker and producer, will host the episode and interact with the BB 16 contestants in Salman’s absence.

Tina Datta, Sumbul Touqeer, Shalin Bhanot, Archana Gautam, Shiv Thakare, Gautam Singh Vig, Sajid Khan, Abdu Rozik, and others have appeared this season.

 

 After learning about Salman’s ill health, fans flooded social media with “get well soon” messages.

“Get well soon bhai. Take care,” a netizen wrote on Twitter.

Apart from Bigg Boss, Salman was also filming ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan.’ ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’ will be released on Eid 2023. It’s billed as an action-packed entertainer directed by Farhad Samji and starring Pooja Hegde and Venkatesh Daggubati. The project also includes Shehnaaz Gill and Palak Tiwari.

The film is produced by Salman Khan Films and promises to include all of the elements that one would expect from a Salman Khan film, including action, comedy, drama, romance, and emotions. Salman recently announced that his film ‘Tiger 3’ starring Katrina Kaif will be released on Diwali 2023.
