Actress Sajal Aly hits back at claim that Pakistani actresses being used as ‘honey traps’

Pakistani actress Sajal Aly has responded to social media posts tarnishing her character after an ex-military man allegedly leveled vile allegations against her and other female actors.

In a shocking revelation, retired Pakistani military officer Major Adil Raja claims that the Pakistani military used some actresses for honey trapping.

Majir Raja, a YouTuber, claims that Pakistani actress Sajal Aly was also used as a “honey trap” by the military.

According to Samaa TV, Sajal Aly has slammed Major Raja for making baseless allegations against her and other actresses.

Major Raja has a YouTube channel called ‘Soldier Speaks,’ which has about 3 lakh subscribers.



Major Adil Raja, a retired military official who runs the YouTube channel ‘Soldier Speaks,’ which has over 290,000 subscribers, has been critical of Sajal.

In it, he claimed that the country’s powerful establishment used some actresses as a “honey trap,” according to Samaa TV.

Although he did not use any actors’ names, he did use their initials.

As soon as the video went viral, people recognised the initials as those of actors who had appeared in Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) dramas, according to Samaa TV. Sajal Aly was also among them.

Several demeaning trolls were then posted on social media, prompting Sajal to respond, condemning the trend.

Sajal Aly, who was born in 1994, is an actress and model who made her acting debut in 2009 with Geo TV’s comedy drama Nadaaniyaan. She then appeared in ‘Mehmoodabad Ki Malkain,’ a hugely popular family drama. Aly is best known for her roles in Yaqeen Ka Safar (2017) as Dr. Asfandya and Yeh Dil Mera as Noor-ul-Ain Zaman (2019-2020).
