RRR crossed 900 crore mark

Director SS Rajamouli’s mega-budget film RRR has achieved another milestone. The film saw a big jump in collections during the weekend and crossed the Rs 900 crore-mark worldwide, and become the 5th highest grossing Indian movie ever.

The box office collections of RRR have surpassed Aamir Khan’s PK to be the fifth-highest-grossing Indian film ever. Only four films have more earnings than RRR now- Secret Superstar ( ₹966.86 crore), Bajrangi Bhaijaan ( ₹969.06 crore), Baahubali 2: The Conclusion ( ₹1,810 crore), and Dangal ( ₹2,024 crore)

RRR stars Jr NTR and Ram Charan in the lead, and Bollywood superstar Ajay Devgan and Alia Bhatt. The film is loaded with VFX and is based on the live of Komaran Bheem (Jr NTR) and Alluri Seetharama Raju (Ram Charan) in Pre-Independence India.
