Fighter, an airborne action thriller starring Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan, will begin filming more than a year after it was first announced. The actor has previously shown his fighting skills in several action films, including Vikram Vedha, Dhoom 2, Krish, and Agneepath.

The director has planned a 10-day trip to the northeastern state. According to a source, “the leading man will be joined by co-stars Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor directly at the air force station that has been chosen as the location of the shoot.”

Although the first phase will be completed by the end of November, the unit will not resume production until 2023 because director Siddharth Anand will be preoccupied with the production of Pathaan, starring Shah Rukh Khan. Thanks to the director’s passion project, Shah Rukh will make his long-awaited return to the big screen in January 2023.
