Nora Fatehi appears before ED: In the midst of the ongoing investigation into the 200 crore extortion case linked to conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar, actor Nora Fatehi appeared before Enforcement Directorate officials on Friday. The 30-year-old had previously been questioned in connection with the case involving the conman, who has also been at the center of a political feud between the AAP and the BJP.

The ED, which is investigating the money trail in the extortion case, has already filed a charge sheet in which actor Jacqueline Fernandez is named as an accused in a multi-crore money laundering case.
The ED had previously questioned Nora Fatehi in the same case.

According to the ED, conman Chandrashekar gave Nora Fatehi and Jacqueline Fernandez luxury cars and other expensive gifts.
Conman Sukesh Chandrashekar, who is currently incarcerated, is accused of defrauding a number of people, including former Fortis Healthcare promoter Shivinder Mohan Singh’s wife, Aditi Singh.

When questioned in September, Nora stated that she had no information on an event that was on the radar. “Nora Fatehi claims she had no idea the event she was invited to in Chennai was linked to this crime syndicate. But everything will have to wait and see how the car and gifts she received were used. Only a thorough investigation will allow us to reach a conclusion.”
According to reports, she was also questioned about gifts she received from Sukesh. “She was also asked who she had met or talked to over the phone during that time,” a senior police officer told ANI.
