As a formal complaint against the minor students must be filed, no FIR has been filed.

The incident occurred on the evening of Sunday (November 27), when a group of students mobbed the pregnant history teacher after she complained about one of the students’ poor academic record during the morning Parents Teacher Council (PTC) meeting, according to Rathees Kumar, the Vice Principal “Following the meeting, some students formed a gang and began harassing the teacher in front of the main academic building. Several of them shoved her, and one attempted to pull her by her hair.”

The teacher was so traumatized by the minor students who mobbed her that she was on the verge of collapsing, but her female colleagues, students, and staffers rescued her from the mob and rushed her to the hospital in the school car, accompanied by a female attendant.
