The Integrated Land Records Management System (ILRMS) (ধৰিত্ৰী অসম ভূমি ৰেকৰ্ড) is a platform that assists the Assam Government in preserving all of the state’s land records.
Dharitri Assam (ILRMA) is a land record management portal managed by the Revenue and Disaster Management Department of the Assam government. Citizens of Assam can obtain land services online using this portal, which is also known as Dharitri Assam.

Dharitri Assam Land Record is an online site that ensures the smooth transfer and registration of all Assam land record activities. The Assam government offers land information, such as mutation, partition, conversion, and reclassification of land records, and land revenue collection.

How to check Assam Land Record
- Visit the official website of Assam.
- The page will be displayed in the Assamese regional language. It is possible to translate it into English.
- When displayed in Assamese, click on ‘Jamanbandi’ or ‘Deposit’ when translated to English.
- Choose the district, circle, and village name. If your village’s name does not show, please contact the circular office. Otherwise, you can examine the land records once the information has been provided.
How to Check Mutation Property of Assam?
To check the mutation property in Assam, simply write a letter on plain paper addressed to the Commissioner of Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC), which would be routed through the Deputy Commissioner of the pertinent zone of GMC, and pay Rs.100. If all terms and circumstances are met, you will be able to obtain the certificate of mutation as well.
