Assam: Krishangee Gauree, a young Assamese girl, has made Assam, the Northeast, and India proud by becoming the first Indian to be crowned “Miss Queen of the World” in the grand finale of the “Queen of the World” 2023 pageant held in New Jersey, USA. The pageant’s grand finale was held from March 13 to March 18 and featured over 30 contestants from various countries and the United States.
She is Assam‘s first major international title winner in the category.
She earned her Master’s degree in Science and Business Analytics and is now a member of GlobalFoundries’ Corporate Strategy Team.
Krishangee captivated the judges with her beauty, intelligence, and elegance, winning the beauty pageant.
Miss Queen of the World, Ms Queen of the World, Mrs Queen of the World, and Elite Mrs Queen of the World were the four divisions of the pageant. For the first time, India was represented in all four categories this year. The four women who represented India were Krishangee Gauree, Gitika Karwa, Rohini Mathur, and Reshma Jhaveri.
