Diganta found it difficult to earn a living at home due to a lack of capital to do something. He eventually contacted Faizul Haque, an entrepreneur from Udalguri who currently holds three paratha factories. Faizul came to Diganta’s house and suggested that he establish a factory in Biswanath Chariali. Diganta started a paratha making factory six months ago in Panibharal, with a brand name of ‘Daily Fresh Foods,’ which became very popular in a short period of time.
The parathas are now sold in a wide range of locations, including Tezpur, Tinsukia, Dibrugarh, Silapathar, Dhemaji Lakhimpur, and others. Diganta sells 1,400 packets per day, with a packet of 5 parathas costing Rs 60 and a packet of 10 parathas costing Rs 100.
