Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma launches Whatsaap Channel to enhance direct interaction with public

Assam’s Chief Minister, Himanta Biswa Sarma, is actively leading rapid development in the state. Demonstrating his dedication to keeping the public well-informed and involved, CM Sarma has introduced a WhatsApp channel, offering a direct communication platform with the citizens.

CM Sarma shared a link in the micro-blogging site X (formerly Twitter), stating, “I have started my WhatsApp Channel today. Looking forward to remaining connected through this medium!”.

The initiative is an integral part of a larger plan to guarantee communication and promote stronger ties between Assamese citizens and their government. 

The public will be able to keep up with the most recent events in the state administration by using the WhatsApp channel as a route for updates on policies, projects, and other important announcements.
